Staff training and professional development of any kind has been increasingly more difficult to deliver to educators in recent years. With the current climate of staffing shortages (minimal amount of supply teachers), school boards are unable to provide many of the in-person training sessions during the school day that they were able to deliver in the past. This presents a challenge for reaching staff with valuable training, especially when the training involves something that affects everyone (i.e., a new learning platform). 

Here a few ways that staff training on new technologies can be delivered to effectively reach all staff, while being mindful of their time and the realities of our current staffing climate:
